If you schedule an appointment with us, your name, email, and phone number will be collected. Your name and email address may be used to contact you after your call with follow-up information. You will also be requested to sign up for the secured client portal so that any communications that are provided are sent and protected. If you retain us, you have the option to pay online through Stripe or Paypal. Any information you provide during the checkout process is not stored on our website but provided to Stripe or Paypal who completes the purchase transaction. You agree that you gave this information voluntarily for the contents that you received. The state law will depend on where client lived at the time mental health services were rendered.

These third parties agree to keep your information private. You agree that any registration information you give to Unshattered Counseling Services LLC, will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of these  Programs, Products, Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE 

The  Programs, Products, and Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. Some of the  Programs, Products, and Services offered are application based, and no order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of this website or  Programs, Products, Services, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

SECURITY

We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. By utilizing these payment processors to gain access to Your purchases, You indemnify Us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

It is agreed that all personal information given to Unshattered Counseling Services LLC, will be kept confidential with the following exceptions: (1) You actively chose to post your personal information for others to see;  (2) you have harassed another person via any service provided by Unshattered Counseling Services LLC in which case the confidentiality clause contained in this Agreement is rendered null and void.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

If you purchase ‘Vibrant Vocal and Valued’ and you change your mind about starting the Program, refunds will be honored, if you have NOT started the program and viewed the Program Material. After the start date of the program, refunds will NOT be available.  If you purchase Reconnection Rescue, a full refund will be honored 48 hours before your first scheduled session with Brittney Scott. After the 48 hour window from your first scheduled session, you will receive a refund minus the first session fee ($300).    Please contact us if you have any questions or do not understand the policy as it is stated.  

PAYMENTS

The investment for Unshattered Counseling Services LLC programs and products vary. You agree to pay the full amount indicated on the checkout page. Please contact us if you are unsure about your payment options or requirements. You will receive a receipt upon purchase.  CHARGEBACKSIn the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our the materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute. 

RECURRING PAYMENTS

If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout. 

SOCIAL MEDIA GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES

Many of our communities are designated to clients only. You will have access to a private community (primarily on Facebook) based on your enrollment in a specific program. We do not condone or allow any form of racism, homophobia, bullying, or bigotry of any kind in our groups. If we feel like you are a threat to our members, you will be removed from the group immediately with no warning. We want people to feel safe when using our groups.
